Warranty |
|
SpineSoft mattress comes with a 15 years limited warranty for any defects raised due to manufacturing defect or faulty materials.
Mattress should be purchased directly from spinesoft.ca or thespinesoft.com.
The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the mattress. If the mattress is transferred, gifted, sold, or handed over to another person, then the warranty will be void.
Mattress should be used with a proper raised foundation like bed frame or box spring. The foundation should not have gaps greater than 3 inches.
SpineSoft will take a decision if the mattress needs a repair or a replacement.
SpineSoft will need the client to provide mattress invoice and photographs (showing the defect) alongside any other supporting documents.
Any visible damage to the mattress like tears, burns, water/liquid damage, cuts, or stains caused by improper handling by the purchaser will not be covered in the warranty.
Any repairs or alterations done by the purchaser on the mattress will void the warranty of the mattress.
No change of size, color, or model will be permitted in case SpineSoft replaces the mattress with a new mattress. In case the model, size, or color of the defective mattress is discontinued, SpineSoft will provide the nearest equivalent option to the purchaser.
In any circumstance, money will not be refunded after the trial period is over.
If a defect is reported within 10 years from the date of purchase, no additional cost will be borne by the purchaser. If the defect is raised after 10 years but before 15 years from date of purchase, purchaser will pay 75% of the current cost of same or similar mattress.
SpineSoft will take the final decision to determine if the reported defect is a manufacturing/materiel defect or is caused by improper usage by purchaser. |
