4. How it is done?

At SpineSoft, packing a mattress is a 5 step process performed by a single machine within a couple of minutes. In first step, mattress is covered in a protective plastic cover to keep it clean and fresh. In second step, mattress is compressed to less than half of the original thickness using a powerful hydraulic press which ensures that the foam or coil springs are evenly compressed across the size of mattress. In third step, the compressed mattress is folded to half the length of the original mattress. In fourth step, the folded mattress is rolled to a cylindrical shape. In final step, mattress is then tightly wrapped with a plastic sheet and placed in a packing box.

5. How to unbox and open a mattress?

Unbox the mattress in the room where you want to keep the mattress. Simply take the mattress out of the box and place on the floor. Carefully, cut the outer plastic cover using a letter opener (provided in the box). Unroll the mattress and then Unfold the mattress while it is still compressed to bring it to its full length and width. Once properly positioned, take away the final plastic packing layer at which point the mattress will start to slowly expand to gain its full thickness. Although the mattress should be ready to use in 4 hours but we recommend to let the mattress gain its shape for 24 hours.
